For the past six years, Adam Bradshaw has been based out of Sarasota, Florida, where he has served as a multi-store district revenue and business leader, leadership coach, and direct manager of over $50 million in annual sales. He brings more than two decades of leadership experience building high-performing sales and service teams. Throughout his career he has often been responsible for multiple locations at once, serving as a multi-store manager in almost every leadership role he has held. He spent twelve years with the oldest furniture company in the United States, founded in 1885, starting in an entry-level role and rising into senior multi-unit leadership, where he helped lead the organization past the one billion dollar per year revenue mark for the first time in its history. Across his districts, he and his teams set the best ever month, quarter, and year on record on multiple occasions. He holds the internal record for the most Presidents Cup performance championships in company history, including back to back championships in multiple regions more than once, and he was the youngest leader in the company to be promoted into senior district board level management. Along the way he has recruited, coached, and developed multiple multi-million dollar writers, and has recruited, trained, and promoted many managers, successfully leading seven different locations across the country. Earlier in his career, Adam served as a district manager for a marketing firm in South Carolina, as well as leading teams in restaurant operations, insurance, door to door sales, resort management, fitness, automotive sales, and multi store retail. In every position he has held, he has stepped into management and leadership roles, built strong cultures, and broken performance records. In addition to his marketplace work, Adam is a part time evangelist and writer, currently preparing to publish the first of many books he has written. He is also the founder of Perfect Measure LLC, a Christian faith based coaching and consulting company focused on fitness, sales, business, and leadership. Through Perfect Measure he has created training content and seminars that have supported non profit leaders and organizations around the world. He is known for his servant leadership style, his passion for recruiting and developing people, and his ability to translate ambitious goals into simple, repeatable systems that teams can execute in the real world.
